Yes you paid for that DLC, you paid for it for a single player game and you can still use it in single player, so you still have ingame what you paid for. It actually says in. "Intended changes/limitations while in Convoy session". that. "Special Transport jobs are not allowed". If they're adding multiplayer, all features should be included.

Sama seperti versi sebelumnya, pada euro truck simulator 2 1.41.10 ini juga sudah support untuk multiplayer convoy. Sayangnya scs software tidak mengizinkan usernya untuk bermain mabar ets2 menggunakan mod jika menggunakan ets2 original. Kalian hanya di izinkan bermain ets2 multiplayer convoy menggunakan kendaraan default bawaan game tanpa mod

Anyone that have this DLC, they can't play with others who do not have this DLC, and vice versa. But, you can play with other people who have this DLC and your friends can play with others who do not
Random disconnects in convoy. I'm using modded convoy (the mods are use is promods/poland rebuilding/roex/rusmap combo + jazzycat traffic and cargo mods on top of it) I've noticed that when playing with friends random disconnect of the convoy occur. For example yesterday we were driving a 2hour job and we randomly got disconnected five times
