Just so you know, if you want to reset an individual neighborhood, the original copies can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\UserData\Neighborhoods (or wherever you installed the game.) Just delete the copy of that neighborhood in My Documents, and copy the original neighborhood folder into My Documents.
